Rest

I’ve been struggling on either writing this or not for a few days. Things are not going OK and I need to slow down. Step back and watch life happen. I need to rest.

I feel too tired and sad and don’t think I have the energy of writing here for a while. I just need to rest.

I would like to give only one good reason why I feel what I feel right now, but there aren’t any reasons. I can’t say why I feel how I feel. I cannot understand why I feel how I feel. And the only thing I can have in mind is that I need to rest.

So, I am taking a vacation. I will work on my personal issues (clearly I have them, even if I don’t know what’s going on) and hopefully I’ll be back in two or three weeks with more and better ideas, much more energy and willing to share them with you, if there’s anyone out there.

This is not a goodbye, I’ll be back soon.

I am alive

Wow, it’s been almost a month since I last wrote here… I just wanted to let you know I’m still alive, I’ve been working hard on my finals, which I finish on 8th of July (yeah there are still a few left) and I barely found the time or the inspiration to write here.

But today I took the time to organize the posts for next month and I’ll be working on them for the next weeks. So please, don’t hate me for this whole month of silence and don’t forget to catch up on July!

Thanks for reading! 🙂

My Purple Planet

Sooo, it’s been more than a week and thought it was time to share another post. This DIY it’s been on the top of my to-blog-list for a long time.

Since I live in a rented flat, in which I’ve been living for the past 5 years, I’ve never paid much attention to decor. That past year I’ve been feeling the urge of creating a more comfortable atmosphere by giving it a personal touch but also, I don’t want to spend much money redecorating it because I’m not sure for how long I’ll be living here. So I’ve been searching for bargains, thinking on restyle old furniture and making big lists of DIY that will be a good mix to the house.

One thing that makes you feel really at home are those photos you’ve been taking for years and never printed, photos you like or just remind you of…

This week I learned

Hello again! Lately I’ve been very busy with my new projects, soon enought I’ll be sharing with you some news that have to do with making my dreams come true and doing one of the things I prefer to do in this world but one thing at a time. Today I come with my favs on the web of the last couple of weeks (yep, I’ve been a little bit disconnected), here we go!

Don’t forget to sing up for this funny idea for celebrating May Day: The Springtime Swap, you’ll have to send a gift to someone and someone will send you one to you. Also don’t forget to check Dawn’s blog, she writes beautiful posts.

Love Chelsea’s designer hostings and her freebies, today’s Stephanie Layton’s turn.

I’m thinking of participating on Shell’s Modcloth Sytle Gallery, watcha think?

I enjoy so much jewelry DIY! And this is and easy but beautiful one, thanks to Geneva and Sophie.

Another easy DIY, this one is ideal to add a tiny pop of colour to your outfits.

Joy’s series for Making Someone Happy once every while is something that I’ve been wanting to share with you since it started but when I saw those rainbow pancakes I knew it was the perfect one. Anyway, don’t forget to check the other posts on the series because everyone is special.

Don’t miss National Geographic’s old photos blog celebrating their 125th anniversary.

Polka dots everywhere! Really love this nails.

Today I discovered Amanda’s little blog.
Hope you enjoyed your weekend, for me it’s been a fullfilling one. Love you!
Deborah.

Technical stop

Hi!

I’m stoping blogging for a while just to reorganize myself and add new themes . I’m taking a course and learning some things about blogs that I want to use to improve it so in a few days I’ll be writing again.
If you want me to write about something in special, please let me know! I’ll be sharing projects and more things soon.

Smile and enjoy life!

Borondy.
