Bloggers anonymous

Hi sweeties! Long time with no post, I know, but things are going really fast around me and I’m realizing that I need to slow down, maybe start thinking about not writing so many posts, to focus on what I really have to do and use the blog as I wanted to use it at the beginning: a way of getting out of so many stress and logics and use my inspiration and imagination.

So I’m starting a new age on this blog, I will be blogging less often but richer and better quality content. There will be more crafting stuff, maybe I’ll talk a bit more about my personal life and also will be some music, recipes and links to interesting blogs or websites.

Today I wanted to talk a bit about Bloggers Anonymous.

B.A. is an interesting blog created by some anonymous bloggers to help, promote and encourage new bloggers to continue doing their best on this lovely, but sometimes hard, digital world.

There’s different ways you can participate: you can promote a blogger, promote the blog, promote yourself or you can only write a love note to any blogger you like.

To promote a blogger you only have to enter the website and submit. It’s completely anonymous so your name won’t appear on it. Also you can propose some blog you like (with less than 500 followers) as blog of the week. If you want to promote your own blog, you have to tweet, post, pin, mention and promote B.A. itself.

I think this blog is a very good idea and a beautiful way of meeting new bloggers and their voices. Also you can find very interesting blogs to follow and help promote them. So please, visit and promote the website, you can help new bloggers to have the audience they deserve!

Happy Monday! xoxo

This week I learned

I know, I know I said I wanted not to skip a single post… and I already missed three but Mr Chronos seems to be playing with me and always makes my time go by without me noticing.

It’s something like: Woah! Is it Sunday again? Did I do everything I planned? Ooops nope, to do all you want to, days should have 36 hours instead of 24, honey!
Every weekend I realize I should plan more realistic goals for the following week, and every weekend I make the mistake again and push myself to a nonsense week full of goals and work. But I like the way I’m always busy, is the way I am, I cannot remember myself not doing anything at all. And love having plenty of goals and projects, love my non-stop creative mind and those sleepless nights when ideas and inspiration stick around. We do have to love ourselves the way we are, don’t we?
Another Sunday and some more lovely links that I’ve been found interesting lately, all springtime related and beautiful ideas.

Is there any better idea for a springtime birthday party than these Mini balloon placecards?

With hot and sunny days salads are my favorite meal, let’s try this one!
Yes guys! Let’s put some spring everywhere. I’m loving this selection for my table.

Perfect burguers, nothing more to say!

I would give everything I have just for this view
Really in love of this way of recycling old glass bottles

Amy and her favorite New Girl’s scene, yep, it’s probably one of my favs too…

Ice cream, I’m in love with you!
Dont’ forget to take a look at these tiny tips for beeing a good and successful blogger.
Oh and I almost forgot, watch this video, its of a concert of The Kojaks!
Well, hope you enjoyed this new post and also your weekend was lovely! xoxo

Easy pasta with vegetables

Can you believe it? Four posts on the same week! Yes, I’m trying hard on my goals 😀
It’s been a while since I first wanted to share with you today’s recipe. This dish is perfect on a day you have no much time to cook (pasta as always!) but you still want to have a great meal.

Ingredients: (for 2 people)

  • 150 gr/5.3 oz  macaroni
  • Half a big onion or a small one
  • 100 gr red pepper
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 mushrooms
  • grated cheese

Directions:

  1. While you cook the pasta, clean and cut the vegetables.
  2. On a pan, put some olive oil and wait until it’s hot enough to add the vegetables.
  3. Strain the pasta and set aside (you can add some butter when it’s still hot so the pasta will have a better taste).
  4. Saute the vegetables until weel cooked, don’t forget to add some salt and pepper.
  5. Mix on the pan the pasta and the sauce.
  6. Serve with some grated cheese.

Of course, you can change the vegetables and use the ones you like the best. I like to use this ingredients because tomatoes and pepper’s juice help the sauce being more meaty, but the essence of this recipe is tu use the ingredients you can find on your fridge at that moment.

What about you? What do you cook when you don’t feel like cooking? Is there any special recipe?

Have a nice weekend! Love you,

Deborah.

April’s Simple Goals

April’s here, spring is here, sunshine is here, warm is here and colours too and I thought it would be fun to choose four simple goals for this month (as I did long ago, when I started the blog), four simple goals that I want to fulfill on April.
Some of them have some relation with my New Year’s Resolutions, others none, but I’ve realized that try to meet some goals every month is something that helps you focus and doing a lot of things you’re willing to do.

So, my April’s goals are:

  1. Tweet and post a photo on Instagram at least once a day.
  2. Don’t skip a single post. Every month I write down a list of posts I want to write (yes, I’m the list woman) and  schedule them. At the end of the month I end up writing half the number I wanted to so April’s gonna be the first one I’ll be writing every scheduled post.
  3. Take photos of everything I do in order to meet my New Year’s goals and April’s ones.
  4. Sing everyday.
It was difficult to choose only four goals, there are so many things I want to do! But I thought about the motto: Divide and Conquer, it’s better not to try doing everything at once.
If you want to have a lot of stuff done, really try this way of work, and if you do, please share with us!
Hope you have a nice day! xoxo

Monday’s Music: Some Beautiful Spanish Songs

Here I am trying to write something that I would like to read… but today my lack of inspiration is so great that even pick a few songs for you to listen has been very difficult. It might be that I’ve been distracted by everything, and maybe I have been doing everything at once and nothing at all…

But I’m writing because I picked the songs and I want you to listen them, so even if I don’t know what to say I’m sharing today’s playlist.
Today I’ve picked some of the Spanish songs that I love the most. Some of them are special because have been part of my life’s soundtrack, some of them remind me when Mr Funny and I started going out, some of them remind me my sisters and some are only beautiful.

I love the way music evokes past moments. I love to think about someone just because a song that reminds me of her/him is playing. Music is something that has a bizarre way of making me feel fine.
Have a nice week and enjoy the music!
Sincerely,
Deborah
